Estonia
In Estonia, Noored Kooli has been recruiting talented and motivated individuals to teach for two years since 2007, and is the third oldest program in the Teach For All network. While Estonia ranks quite high in PISA rankings, inequality exists in Estonian education. School quality varies by region, language, and students’ gender, and quality also varies within schools. The country's educational system is currently not positioned to bring out the full potential of each and every student and does not prepare Estonia’s youth for the 21st century labor market.
