Mariano Chica is the CEO of Enseña por Panamá. Mariano is an alumnus of the first cohort of Enseña por Colombia, where he also served on the training team. Additionally, he collaborated with Enseña por México as a training coordinator. Since 2017, he has resided in Panamá, working for Enseña por Panamá as Head of Training, Chief Operating Officer, and now as CEO. He is a strong believer in human development through both personal and collective endeavors. Mariano graduated with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia, where he also earned an MBA.
